CallCare - Set to Recruit 50 Staff at Manchester contact centre

Manchester based outsourcer CallCare Ltd have announced a recruitment drive to expand its 100 strong Salford Quays based team by 50 new staff.

CallCare Ltd, which operates a 24hr telephone answering service for both public and private sector companies, is recruiting as demand for its services have dramatically increased.

Gemma Harding, Corporate Development Manager commented,  “We have certainly seen a massive growth in interest in our services... the simpler tasks, like telephone answering are simply not necessary for companies to keep in house. Why employ a full time receptionist when you can have a professional, 'pay as you go', one? If the service you procure is professional and efficient you can still ensure your service levels are met. Our customers always achieve cost savings but many also report a significant increase in customer satisfaction and productivity levels.”
