Cactus Search - Launches 2011 Contact Centre Salary Survey

Contact Centre management recruiters Cactus Search have just released their 2011 Salary Survey. The survey explores call centre management roles from Head of Multiple Sites, to Team Leaders, and benchmarks them in terms of location and industry.

The company are well-placed to create such a survey, with a database of over 13,000 Management level candidates from whom they've drawn their information. It also includes a report on the state of the industry for 2011 so far.

They write that what really drives the contact centre industry is its absolute dependence on cultural fit, which is essential for our clients and candidates alike. The difference between those companies requiring an ambitious go-getter to really drive their team, and those which need management staff working primarily to raise levels of customer service, is hard to measure. Fortunately, here at Cactus Search we understand that - and creating this salary has really cemented that knowledge for us!

2011 is off to a flying start for the business, as this report follows the re-launch of the Cactus Search website in January and their continued staff expansion, driven by increased levels of business. The company hope that this will be the start of an annual series of surveys which will further cement their status as leading UK Contact Centre Management Recruitment specialists.
