FirstPlus
creates 100 jobs in Cardiff
Consolidation loan company FirstPlus have announced that the company will be creating 100 contact centre and related jobs in Cardiff jobs.
The recruitment drive follows the company's decision to bring its outsourced work in-house and will see 100 staff employed at temporary offices at Cardiff Gate Business Centre prior to be relocated to larger headquarters.
Chief Executive Jeremy Masding commented, "With increasing regulation in the secured lending market, there is increasing pressure to make sure that the customer experience is fair and transparent. By bringing our out-sourced contact centre operations in-house, it will give us control over the total customer experience. The move will create up to 100 jobs and we hope to execute on this as quickly as possible."
