Garlands retains Investors in People status

Following an inspection in late 2006, Garlands Call Centres has retained its Investors in People (IIP) status.

IIP is a rigorous National Standard of good practice centred on common practices such as communication, planning, training and development, performance review and management effectiveness. IIP is designed to help organisations improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of their people.

The recent inspection was Garlands' second 3-yearly inspection since attaining IIP status in 2000. As an organisation working within the IIP standard, Garlands is committed to providing employees with:

In addition to recognition under IIP, Garlands has also attained ISO9001:2000 Quality certification and is working towards accreditation under the COPC contact centre performance management standard.
