DSGi,
owner of PC brand PC World, have announced that it is to
bring their current outsource contract with Capita
'in-house' at their contact centres based in Sheffield and
Nottingham.
The outsource
contract between Capita and DSGi started in 2005 and
although due to end in April 2009, it was agreed by both
parties that a 'six month transfer of resources' will come
into operation to ensure a seamless transfer.
