T-Mobile
the giant mobile telecoms company is to reorganise its UK
contact centre workforce creating up to 260 new positions
across its 3 UK sites.
Commenting on the re-organisation Customer Service Director
Russell Taylor, said, "I believe if we've got a motivated
team of people who really want to work with T Mobile and we
create that management in their team then they will provide
a fantastic, world-class service to our customers, T-Mobiles
187 new team leaders will have much wider responsibility,
but will also receive an increase salary".
Mr Taylor said opportunities for career progression have
also been improved by the creation of 172 new assistant
leader positions.
The
company's restructure will also move 100 "second-line" staff
into front-line.
