118118 - Set to close Plympton contact
centre
It has been reported that directory assistance company 118118 are to close their Plympton contact centre in Devon with the loss of up to 180 staff.
the company have begun a 90 day consultation period with the effected staff who will be offered either redundancy or be transferred to the Group's operation based in South Wales.
as at time of posting a Spokesperson from 118118 Group was not available for comment - we shall of course keep you posted on developments.
