Aspect and Datapoint Ireland Announce Channel Reseller Agreement

Datapoint to introduce Aspect's market-leading products into the Irish contact centre market -

Aspect have announced it has a signed a new channel reseller agreement with Datapoint Ireland to expand its presence in the Irish contact centre market. Datapoint Ireland, an Irish-based systems integrator focused on the contact centre market, will be offering all of Aspect's unified communications applications for the contact centre that are powered by the the Aspect(R) Unified IP(R) and PerformanceEdge(R) platform products. 

"We always look to deliver 'best-of-breed solutions' and so we are delighted to announce this new partnership with Aspect in Ireland - a recognised global leader," said Rob Magee, country manager, Datapoint. "Aspect's strong reputation, expertise and innovation in areas, such as multi-channel contact handling, virtual contact centre working and unified communications will complement our comprehensive offering and play a major role in delivering more efficient and effective customer contact services to our clients."

Datapoint brings to the new partnership a wealth of experience in delivering contact centre solutions. Datapoint established its business in Ireland in 2001 and today works with more than 80 indigenous and multi-national clients across Ireland & Northern Ireland. It is the largest systems integrator in Ireland focused on the contact centre industry, with extensive local expertise in business & technical consultancy, training, design, implementation, support and training practices. The company currently employs 15 people locally, and has almost 300 people located across its European operations.
