The solution is web browser based and can be installed onsite for you with our Enterprise option or a cloud-based hosted option on a pay-as-you-go model, supporting distributed offices and centres working concurrently on the same campaigns.
Advanced reporting within Maximise allows you to run live reports including productivity by agent, department or campaign, and key historical reports such as abandonment and conversion rate reporting, which enables you to monitor regulatory statistics and profitability on a minute by minute basis.
