Contact Centre
Repondez, the Hartlepool based outsourcer, is on a recruitment drive following the company's announcement that it had become certified to provide services covered by the Financial Services Authority regulations.
Commenting on the Certification Respondez's Sales & Marketing Director Sue Marshall said: "We could not sell things like insurance products before but now we can and it is a big deal. This year is already looking promising with 20 more staff taken on, meaning a total workforce of 140 people.
