Virgin supplies contact centre network to Accord and Ashram Housing Associations

It has been announced by Virgin Media Business they the company has won a contract from the Midlands-based Accord and Ashram Housing Associations for a new contact centre platform and network for residents.

Accord and Ashram Housing Associations wants to launch a new Customer First Centre for residents, and enable all branch offices to feed information into one central contact centre.

The association manages 6,600 homes and provides care and support services at more than 50 sites in the Midlands.

The Customer First service also handles repairs calls for 98 properties, lifting the number of calls it receives about its services to 6,000 a week.
