VOICE wins international award

VOICE Marketing is top of the world and that’s official!

The Woodseats based company has won a prestigious international contact centre award for the highest growth in outbound sales during 2009.

VOICE clinched the Best Outbound category at the Contact Centre World Awards, after demonstrating a high level of creativity, results and integration using outbound communication tools.

Paul Fletcher, operations director at VOICE Marketing, said: “The award from Contact Centre World is the combination of three years hard work and the commitment of a dedicated team of agents and management which has seen the company grow from zero to 250 employees.

“Growth in 2009 follows the expansion of existing clients and new client wins. This came on the back of achieving and exceeding client targets in terms of sales and quality. My fellow directors, management and agents are very proud of this major award and what the company has achieved.”

VOICE were presented with the award by Meg Munn MP for Sheffield Heeley. She said: “I congratulate VOICE on winning this prestigious international award. It not only provides jobs for local people, but, being based in Woodseats, also boosts the local economy.”
