Chey Garland partipates in industry panel at IOD Convention 2009

On 29th April 2009, Chey Garland, Garlands' Chief Executive, participated in the prestigious Institute of Directors' Annual Convention - speaking on an industry panel designed to educate delegates about successful business management.

Chey spoke alongside a host of top industry figures:

* Nick Fry, Chief Executive Officer, Brawn GP Formula One Team
* Nils Blythe, BBC Business Correspondent
* Brendon Riley, Chief Executive, IBM UK and Ireland
* Russell Taylor, Customer Service Director, T-Mobile
* Doug Richard, Dragon's Den member and Contributor and Supporter of VentureNavigator

The event (  See Website )  took place at the Royal Albert Hall and attracted an audience of 2500 business leaders and executives.

The opening address was delivered by Chancellor of the Exchequer Alistair Darling. Other industry figures speaking at the event included:
