CyberTech International have announced the immediate availability of CyberTech Release 5.3, reinforcing the company's market position as the provider of choice for the industry's most fully featured and revenue enhancing solutions. The new CyberTech release is being deployed in leading financial services enterprises, many of which now view CyberTech as the de facto standard in recording solutions.
The new software release affords extensive feature upgrades at no additional cost to customers in the contact centre, financial services and public safety sectors, globally. Collectively, the upgrades deliver improved security, compliance, resilience, connectivity, archiving and screen recording, among other enhancements. A particular highlight of the release is improved connectivity with the addition of Active IP Recording for Cisco systems. An advanced connection with the Cisco Call Manager simplifies monitoring and recording.
"Our growing global customer base increasingly is standardising on the CyberTech platform, dubbing it the 'de facto solution' in voice and data recording," said Ad Ketelaars, CEO of CyberTech. "Our users consistently site feature releases such as 5.3 in choosing CyberTech, recognising the value afforded through our unique ability to positively impact business outcomes in compliance, security and customer satisfaction. Our customers also recognize our solution's ability to integrate fully, easily and cost effective with their existing systems."
CyberTech Release 5.3 is available today as a new installation, or free-of-charge upgrade from previous releases. Many organisations carefully qualified CyberTech already in their selection process and, in each case, the offering was chosen for its tested and reliable recording platform. Differentiating factors include full non-proprietary software enabling CyberTech to run on commercial-off-the-shelf hardware which helps users lower costs of ownership. Release 5.3 allows enterprises to deploy recording solutions in smaller and larger environments with unlimited scalability. Additionally, CyberTech solutions easily integrate with top manufacturers.
