Livexchange set to revolutionise UK contact centre industry

Jeff Swanson, one of the founders of Scottish based contact centre outsouirce group Becogent, has launched what is claimed to be a pioneering “homesourcing” business that will revolutionise the UK contact centre industry.

Mr Swanson has launched Livexchange UK having secured significant contracts with Centrica and American based ACT Conferencing.

Swanson said there are “massive plans to grow the business all over the world”. He is already rolling out the business in Australia and Japan and is looking at continental Europe.

Livexchange staff are self-employed and work from home. Swanson said this provides customers with greater flexibility and better value for money than traditional “bricks and mortar” centres. He said it also brings environmental benefits, as it reduces staff commuting.

“Livexchange manages the technology and gives customers the tools to manage a remote workforce,” said Swanson.
