Virgin
set to close Dudley contact centre
It has been reported that Virgin Media will close its Dudley based contact centre with the loss of 320 jobs.
The internet service provider will start the redundancies in Autumn 2009 as part of a £120m cost cutting exercise.
Although they have announced redundancies, primarily at Dudley they have also announced that they are planning to centralise their technical support division with the creation of 150 jobs.
