ProtoCall One wins Genesys ‘Best Innovation Partner Award’

ProtoCall One have been named as ‘Best Innovation Partner
for 2008 – UK and Ireland’ by Genesys, the global contact
centre solutions software provider. ProtoCall One’s managing
director Faraz Khan collected the award at G-Force, the
annual Genesys user conference, held in Barcelona (June
9-11th).
The award was given to ProtoCall One as recognition for an
outstanding year of achievement in implementing cutting-edge
Genesys solutions for its customers. ProtoCall One prides
itself on pushing the full potential of Genesys across areas
such as multi-channel communication, workforce optimisation
and analytics.
ProtoCall One is demonstrating its capabilities through its
work with clients such as children’s charity NSPCC, to
create ground-breaking web-based services designed to help
youngsters communicate more freely with counsellors and
other children in a secure environment using Instant
Messenger, SMS and email. Counsellor-led web sessions now
benefit from the ability to use a ‘white board’ to allow
children to draw pictures which are commonly used in the
counselling of children who find it difficult to express
themselves on painful issues like family breakdown.
Keith Wilkinson, director of channels, UK and Ireland,
Genesys, commented: "Protocall One continuously demonstrates

were chosen for this award due to the innovative way that
they have used Genesys solutions to route work items, not
traditionally handled within the contact centre.
