LBM on Recruitment Drive

Contact centre operator LBM has announced it is to recruit 300 new staff for its Belfast based facility.

The company, which delivers outsource servives for clients including Dixons, Alliance & Leicester and O2, opened its Whiterock Business Park call centre in April but it has already outgrown the premises and from January it will operate from a new building in Springvale Business Park in the west of Belfast.

The company today said it hopes to double its existing workforce within  six months of the move.

Belfast operations director Gareth Murphy, revealed: "We're delighted to be in this strong position. "Such was the volume of business that within a few months of opening we had a staff of 300; when we make the move to our new building in the Springvale Business Park one mile away, there's every likelihood that the growth that we have been enjoying will continue."
