close at Odeon Contact Centre
Up to 30 jobs are being lost at a call centre for Odeon cinemas in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
Automated phone lines and the popularity of the cinema's website have been given as reasons for the reduction in staff numbers.
Currently 70 people are employed at the contact centre but after restructuring there will be 30 part-time posts and 10 full-time positions.
