- Seeking 200 agents for its Swindon Site
Nationwide Building Society have announced that it will be creating 200 jobs at its Swindon based contact centre.
Nationwide's contact centre director, said: "We handle around a million calls every month and this expansion will help us better meet the needs of our members whilst also providing additional employment in Swindon, the home of the Society's head office.
Whilst many of our competitors see their overseas call centres as successful and often more cost effective, some have brought their functions back to the UK as they believe customer service may improve. At Nationwide, our relationship with our members is core to our business and isn't something we would wish to export overseas"
