Redundancies announced at Belfast Tour
Operator's call centre
It has been announced that the leading Irish based tour operator, Falcon Holidays, are to make 12 staff redundant at their Belfast based contact centre.
The company's managing director Damien Mooney emphasized that although the level of customer service would not impact on their customers all calls would be processed through existing 'networks'.
