Will Manchester be the site of their new contact
centre?
It has been widely reported that high street retailer The John Lewis Partnership has shortlisted four buildings in Manchester to site two 40,000 sq ft contact centres.
The proposed contact centres will handle calls generated from the company's online presence and a seperate site will handle despatch.
As at time of publishing John Lewis were unavailable for comment - we will of course keep you updated.
